New Symbol Library?

Hi All,
Can I create a new symbol library? I wanted to have a library of just my own symbols and couldn't figure out how to do it.

Many years back I did create a symbol library, if I worked at it, I could figure it out again if you are still interested.
As I do not do much repetitive drawing I found copy, paste & scale works fine for me as I mostly trace and modify existing plans to add features and symbols seem to vary even within the same drafting office.
I start with PDF convert using Gimp to PNG, import to Autosketch on a layer, then trace the building wall outlines to remove the extra info.
I have a PDF driver that allows me to print to A0 size so I can include much detail in a PDF document for the client.
