zpcellSCRATCH???

Discussion in 'Cadence' started by Bernd Fischer, Apr 14, 2005.

  1. Hi,

I probably should know it, but I don't.

What is the zpcellSCRATCH cell for, which
I can find in some design libraries?

It's a scratch cell to hold temporary pcell data.

    as Andrew suggested here :
    http://groups.google.ch/groups?hl=fr&lr=&selm=
this cell holds a temporary pcell when you instantiate one, so that the layout editor
    can draw ghost shapes

sometimes, it doesn't get deleted. don't worry too much...
