Does anyone have anything to zoom to an object in schematic?

Why doesn't ZoomToSelSet() work in schematic?

    Hi Deacon,

The following Cadence documentation may help you :
    1. CadenceĀ® User Interface SKILL Functions Reference: $CDSHOME/doc/
    skuiref/skuiref.pdf

You will actually find the following usefull viewing functions.

    hiZoomIn
    hiZoomOut
    hiZoomRelativeScale
    hiZoomAbsoluteScale
    hiZoomWindowAtPoint
    hiZoomWindowAtMouse
    hiZoomInAtMouse
    hiZoomOutAtMouse

    Hope it helps !

I want to zoom into a device. In layout you can zoom into what is
selected. I want to be able to do the same in schematic

    Hi Deacon,

I'm not sure I've understand your question then. I'm sorry :-(
I'm gonna think about it. Any details in the meanwhile are more than
    welcome.

    Deacon,

I checked the available public skill functions related to zoom in my
    install :
CIW> listFunctions("Zoom"). I've got loads of functions including
    "leZoomToSelSet" but not "schZoomToSelSet".
So my guess is this function is available for the layout editor only.
I think a piece of skill could easily make it for the schematic as
    well.
My check was on IC5141. I wonder whether IC6.X got something that
    suits yo ...
