zoom extents after pasting

I have the following line in a pull down menu
[A0]^C^C^C_tilemode;0;-layer;n;title;C;7;title;s;title;;-INSERT;WBA0FRA;0,0;;;; this inserts the block at 0,0 on a layer in paperspace, what I want to do is then do a zoome extents, but cannout find out where to put the command. Any ideas?
