Hi, Has anyone using "wroute" come across an ANTENNATR error. I am using PKS for synthesis and then used "wroute" for global and detailed routing. I am using IBM 8SFG CMOS process, .lef file for 8 layers and "typical.alf" timing info. The problem is caused because the "wroute" cannot fix PAEs by layer hopping and uses antenna diodes finally. But this has one problem...the alf file doesnt have timing info about Antennatr cells and hence ends up without updating the wroute database. I have the list of nets where the Antennatr diodes are required and not being able to fix in the "delta" directory of the wroute database. Is there any way I can fix this problem by making the router to use layer hopping method only and not the diode insertion method as i donot have the timing info in my .alf file. Also any other solution to this problem? Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. regards Sudhir
