Why the type of Plot Style Table (*.STB) not shown on Plot Dialog

Sometimes the Plot Style Table of (*.STB) type not show on Plot Dialog.

Or even the type of (*.CTB). Can anyone tell me whats the problem?

I've already set the Printer Support Search Path for Plot Style Table point
to the

correct location.

That can happen if you do not have network search rights for that path.

But the problem may not be the case. Because the Plot Style Table is located

Do you understand the difference between them? This comment makes it sound
like you can see either ctbs or stbs but not both in the PLOT dialog box?
If that is true, its because you can only see the type that corresponds to
the drawing from the PLOT dialog box. The only time you can see both types
is in the Plot Style Manager.
