Which video card is better for CAD - QuadroNVS 285 or GeForce 7950GT ?

At my company, our main graphics-intensive applications are ArcGIS and
Microstation, only 2D, no 3D at all.

If I had to choose between these two cards, which should I choose:

    - Nvidia Quadro NVS 285 128MB
    - Nvidia GeForce 7950GT 512MB

The Quadro NVS is the lowest-end of the Quadro line, but it is designed
    specifically for CAD graphics (2D).

The GeForce is designed for gaming, obviously and probably doesn't
render 2D graphics as well as most Quadro's, but it is at the high end
of the GeForce line and has 512MB of RAM.

The processor is going to be Intel Core 2 Duo 2.66GHz, 4MB L2 cache,
    2GB system RAM.

I know there are other cards that would be better for my purposes, but
these are my only two choices and I can't decide if the GeForce's 5X
more RAM and the fact it is near the top of the GeForce line outweighs
the Quadro NVS being purpose designed for CAD graphics. Thanks
