Where I can get or buy BSIM3v3 model file in Verilog-a or Verilog-ams?

    I'm trying to implement my own degradation model into cadence spectre
    using verilog. Who can help me? Thanks a lot!!

    You can find a MOS level 1 veriloga model in your Cadence installation @
    tools.lnx86/dfII/samples/artist/ahdlLib/mos_level1/veriloga/verilog.va
