What is the best way to save standard V8 Text Styles and Dimensions
settings? I have heard in the seed file or the DGNLIB.

  2. In a DGNLIB.

DgnLibs are a *central repository* for all your CAD standards including
levels, text styles, dimension styles, multi-line styles and more.

In the event that the standards change, you need only make the change once
and it's "automatically" propagated to all files pointing to the libraries.

    thanks Inga...

What have you found to be the best method to edit changes; via the
DGNLIB (design file itself) or exporting to excel format? I now levels
export well, what about dimension style, etc.
