What replaces Plot to Extents in 2005

    Search this NG but found no comments on the fact that Extents option is not there in 2005. Haven't tested yet but I exclusively use Extents and never use Limits and yet limits is still there.

    The missing INCHES/MM option looks like a major hassle. No one buys metric paper for Laser Printers and yet all plots must be scaled in metric. This is horrible.
