I am shifting old email data from Outlook Express to Microsoft Outlook. The problem is that Outlook Express stores emails in DBX format, while Outlook uses PST files. I have many important business emails inside those DBX files, including invoices and client conversations. I want to avoid broken formatting or missing attachments after migration. What method should I use to safely convert DBX emails into Outlook PST format?

For moving Outlook Express emails to Outlook, the safe way is to convert the DBX files into PST format first. DBX files are used by Outlook Express. while Microsoft Outlook reads PST files. so a direct opening may not work properly.

Before starting, keep a backup of all DBX files. Then use a trusted DBX to PST converter to move emails, attachments, folders, invoices and client messages without changing the original data.

You can use WholeClear DBX to PST Converter for this work. It lets you add DBX files, preview emails, and export them into Outlook PST format.

    Steps are simple:

    1. Add DBX file
    2. Preview mailbox data
    3. Save as PST
    4. Open PST in Outlook

This method helps avoid missing attachments, broken email format, and data loss during Outlook Express to Outlook migration.
