I need to archive important Outlook emails in PDF format for legal and compliance purposes. The conversion should maintain email headers, sender and recipient information, timestamps, attachments, and message formatting. Can anyone recommend an accurate method to export MSG files to PDF without data loss?

Opening hundreds of MSG emails one by one is not worth it. It takes time, and attachments are easy to miss when you are printing emails manually. Use a batch MSG to PDF converter that can take the full folder and create PDF files together. Try out the offline tool such as Softaken MSG to PDF Converter that is Window-based option for this type of work. It supports multiple MSG files, folder mode, preview before conversion and PDF export without Outlook installed. It also keeps email formatting, properties, attachments and MSG folder structure during the process. Attachments are saved in a separate folder, so checking them later becomes easier. Keep a copy of the original MSG folder first. Before converting all emails, test 10 important MSG files in its demo and check the PDF text, sender details, date, subject, and attachment folder.
