I have a VCF file that contains hundreds of contacts combined into a single file. For better organization and sharing, I need each contact saved as a separate VCF file. Doing this manually would take a lot of time and increase the risk of mistakes. What is the best way to extract individual contacts from a VCF file while preserving all contact information accurately?

Splitting a single VCF (vCard) file containing hundreds of contacts into individual files can be risky. While it is technically possible to manually edit the file using a text editor, it is highly discouraged. Missing a single line or corrupting a contact field can easily break the file structure, leading to lost names, phone numbers, email IDs, or contact images. To handle this safely, you can use a reliable tools like Softaken Split vCard Software. This tool are design to automate the process to eliminate human error. It extracts individual contacts from a large VCF file and saves them as separate VCF files or in a MSG file. Moreover, you can easily split VCF file from Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, Thunderbird, Android devices and other platforms.
