    Hi all,

I read a statement and I quote "There is a reason to believe that
newer processes will tend to develop in the same direction as for 0.18u
compared to the older 0.35u". This has brought me to this question was
there a fundamental difference between 0.35u and 0.18u ? if yes what
    was it ?

    Thanks and Regards,
    Kamesh.

  2. Is it possible to read the original text in a publication somewhere, or
is this something a representative for a foundry has stated? Just
curious because I also hear lots of statements about 0.18um being such
a good workhorse tech for analog. (digital is always smallest features
    possible).
