I have a lisp program in which I've used the (eval) function a number of
times. Everything works fine, but I notice that when I compile into a .fas
file, messages scroll by in the Build Window saying, for example,
warning: run time evaluated expression: (READ PT1)
This is apparently in response to a line that includes ...(eval (read pt1))

Anyone know if this is a problem or something I can ignore?

    Jack,
I think you can just ignore it.
