    Hi Neil,

Not sure what you mean by "big". When I click the thumnail the larger
image resizes itself to fit my browser (IE) just like the rest of the
images. I do have the option to view at actual size (this must be what
you're talking about). let me resize, save and reload to the website

I like your image. I think the scene set-up is great, love the head
between the speakers and the expression on the face. The entire image
is a little too dark and the materials could use more realism, my
    opinion only.

    Thanks for submitting the image.

Hmmm well the image I sent was 1000x600 but somehow when I viewed it, it was
    about 2x the size.

I thought the head would be a bit of fun in an otherwise hard to present
    subject.
I really like the way people have composed their images this time and the
    lighting looked great too.
Someone tell me about those cool speaker grills are done in PW please.

Yes I agree about the darkness or possibly there was too much contrast...
At the moment Blender is going through a render revamp to include a node
editor and rendering in passes/layers with a few other goodies as well like
DOF and colour curves and openEXR.
These new tools are great for artistic expression however when it comes to
realism possibly it is not at its best and ...I have not learned how to best
    use them either yet...

Next time I put in an entry I will see if I can do better )
    thanks for showing

BTW for those interested Blender 2.42 should be out officially within a few
    weeks http://www.blender3d.org/cms/Home.2.0.html

  5. My fault Neil. I have resized the image back to your original size. It
    fits the window better now.
