VLisp Console : bad argument value: non-negative: -1

    I had this message when open my old LSP routine to modify. And the LSP file couldn't be opened. I tried many times but there's no result.
     Note : ACAD2004/Win XP . By the way, my VLISP Editor is a bit strangeness with the color icon change to GREEN ( instead of BLUE) .
