    Hello All,

I'd like specific experiences this newsgroup has had with the
ATI FireGL X1 (128Meg) video card.

    Specifically, I need to:
    - have two heads with 1600x1200 resolution (is it possible to have two
heads running at different resolution? ie 1600x1200 and 1280x1024?)
    - have fast graphics performance (fast means there aren't any refresh/etc.
delays that will interfere with my simulation/layout harmony)
    - NOT have strange 'features'/bugs/etc in the driver

Will ATI's FireGL driver (v3.2.5) and video card meet these requirements?

My other video card options are:
    3DLabs WildCat4 (256M)
    Nvidia Quadro4 900XGL (128M)

Will these cards also do the trick? My main concern is ease of
configuration - I don't want to waste time getting things to work

My hw configuration is a dual xeon with 2gigs of memory

    Thanks in advance!
    Dee.
