VBA Send Command .arx Update Problems?

    I read that Autodesk has fix for the send command not working synchronously with VBA in Using VB With AutoCAD by ROE ob page 263, I found the fix at at:

    http://www.activedwg.com/html/Download_Links.htm, it said to use this file:

    AdcgSendCmdSync (7k) - Autodesk
    Fixes the SendCommand bug. Forces the SendCommand call to execute immediately.

    When I try to load the AdcgSendCmdSync.arx manually with Tools / Load Application..., I get the message is unable to load in autocad, I am using 2004. Anyone find a work around for this? I tried dividing the code as Roe suggests without much luck. Any suggestions?

    Its not required in 2002+ That workaround was only for 2000
