Varying EXTMIN & EXTMAX

I've had this a couple times before but never found a solution.

Customer supplied drawing

ZOOM E changes the EXTMIN values everyother time

It goes from -1.02,-1.02,0 ( which is correct ) to very large numbers
-273465,-343214,-1324

They aren't any entities there
Limits are OFF and small
No saved views
No saved UCS
No blocks ( LINES ARCS CIRCLES TEXT Only )
All model space entities
WBLOCKED out the entire drawing
RECOVERED


Any suggestions? -David

 

Start a new drawing, insert bad drawing as editable. Does it still happen
then?

I had a similiar problem and found out about the extexts system variable. Set it to 2 and it tracks the extmin and extmax variables more accurately. (Setvar "ENTEXTS" 2)
