I have an aligmennt file that is referenced to several hundred sheets.
We re-generated the input file, which means we had to deleted the
exisitng alignment elements and create new chains and text (several
levels at different text heights). Now the sheets files "thought" that
the level(s) were new, and because our config varaible (MS_REF_NEWLEVEL
= 0) the level are turned off. We do not have access to Axiom. I
would not have had this delemi in J

Well, just change your config to MS_REF_NEWLEVEL=1
I don.t see why you would want it to be 0?

or, you can create a macro or vba that goes through and turns the level
    display on for that reference.

you would have to use this key in, modified to fit your needs. Bentley
could help you out with this...

    reference levels display on all

I can not remember it exactly seeing as how I am at home, but give it a
    try.
