V8 Hangs

    I am having a problem running a new install of V8 on Win2K sp4. After installing V8 I attempt to run the program; the splash screen comes up and after a few seconds the machine hangs completely (i.e mouse won't move, can't get to the task manager, no error message(s), etc.). I even rebuilt the machine and installed V8 after the OS service pack installation but have the same problem. I then installed V8 on a different machine with different hardware but the same OS and service pack. It works fine on that machine. Both machines exceed the requirements for V8. My first thought is a compatibility problem with the hardware -- in particular the video card and/or driver. Are there any known hardware compatibility issues with V8? Any other suggestions what may cause this problem?
