Use SKILL PCells in Calibre, Laker and other tools

    A quick update from Ciranova: Several EDA vendors have now validated
    that PCell Xtreme enables interoperability of their tools with
    databases containing SKILL PCells. These include:

    * Mentor Calibre nmDRC
    * Silicon Navigator RDE Framework
    * Silicon Canvas Laker

    This means that you can use your SKILL PCells in multi-vendor
    OpenAccess tool flows, without first streaming out to GDSII. Click here
