USB Drive Not Showing Full Storage Capacity

    I recently formatted my USB flash drive, but now Windows only shows a fraction of its original capacity. For example, a 64 GB drive is showing only around 8 GB available. I've tried formatting it again, but the size doesn't change.
    Has anyone experienced this before? What's the best way to restore the full storage capacity?
