Unable to alter access permission

    db=dbOpenCellViewByType(lib cell view)

    dd=dbGetCellViewDdId(db)

    dd~>publicAccess="rwx" // it doesnt work here

    I hope you get what I want to do...

    I want to alter permissions to a cellview by using SKILL.

    Please suggest a solution if possible
