tutorial on cadence/synopsys

    hi there
    this is Ryan thomas,an asic designer.just started working on a new
    project where i have to do logic design,synthesis and layout of my
    design.plz suggest me good tools in this field.i have read about
    cadence/synopsys and both r availble to use for me.but i havent used
    them yet.could anybody plz suggest me any tutorials or refer me any
    websites/articles on this issue plz.
    i will prefer something related to cadence tools.
