TurboCAD V9.2 Problem Printing to Xerox 8830 Plotter

    Hi all,
    I am using TurboCAD v9.2 I'm trying to send a local graphics company
    a Turbo CAD file they can use it to print out a 24" 36" print using a
    Xerox 8830 plotter. So far they have tried "prn, dwg, plt".
    Unfortunately they haven't had any luck getting a print to come out
    correctly. Can anyone get me started in the right direction? Could I
    be messing up the drawing setup? If you could help me I would be
    grateful.
