true angle from autocad

    Can anyone help me to get true angles of a pipeline.
    On plan, the pipe rotates 45*, then tilt up 35*. I need the true
    angles of 'in' & 'out'. Autocad 3D does not gives angle between lines,
    instead it gives angles between planes. I know it can be calculate,
    but I am out of school for too long.
