    Dear all,

I am sorry to ask this question again. Actually, I have seen it before
in this newsgroup. However, I could not find out it in this newsgroup.
Could anyone answer this question again?

As I remember that the 100/2 transistor with larger parasitic capacitor
than the 50/1 transistor. How about any other different?

    Best Regards,

It will also affect the noise the transistor contributed to the circuit.

  3. Hi, Charles:

    1. smaller gds
    2. better matching eg. in current mirror
    3. many other differences if u consider second order effects. u can
find the details in many analog ic design book.
