Toolbar Missing

One of my toolbars is missing from the screen, but it shows that it is on in the customize toolbars menu.

When I click it off, and click it back on, nothing happens.

I closed autocad, and reopened and it didnt change. All other toolbars are ok.

How do I get it back?

If you don't want to increase the resolution lokk for it underneath the command line bar typically there where it hides
