Tool for Dynamic Logic Synthesis

    Hello All,

    I am currently a PhD student looking for a disseration topic. In this
    process, I found that there are no commercial tools available for
    'Dynamic Logic Synthesis'.
    Can anyone please tell me if I am correct or wrong. If I am correct,
    what are the major hurdles companies are facing in creating tools like
    this?
