toggle dblclkedit on/off

    how can you toggle dblclkedit on/off with routines?

    I think you can't toggle the on/off setting because it seems (A2k2) there's no way to
    determine the current setting.

    But of course you can change the setting with (command "dblclkedit" "on" or "off").
