The Outlook AutoArchive feature isn't working; emails aren't being moved

    The AutoArchive settings have been configured correctly, but old emails are not being automatically moved to the archive folder as scheduled. After verifying that the settings are correct and manually running Archive Now, the change still did not take effect, and the emails remain in their original folders.
    Upon reviewing the archiving options, it was found that some mailboxes do not have an “AutoArchive” button, or the option is grayed out and unavailable.
