Text size change hangs AS 8

AutoSketch 8 is hanging when trying to change text size. It's doing this with some text sizes but not others; for example, I can change text from 0.0062 to 0.009 but not to 0.01. These problem sizes seem to vary irregularly. When I bring up Task Manager, it shows 90-100% CPU usage, and two copies of AutoSketch running.

Could you try to be more specific as to which fonts/text styles/sizes are
affected by the problem?
Could you give me a set of instructions as to how I can reproduce the
problem from scratch using AutoSketch8 only?
Does the problem only exist with pre-existing drawings? Could you send me
one of the drawings?

I just had a play with it as you suggested and it works fine - no problems.
I can either select all text as you describe or select individual text
blocks and change the property from .0075 to .01 or anything else with no
problem...

change. Here's a drawing; try using Edit>Select>Modify
selection>Qualifier>Layer>Functional areas>OK>AND>Qualifier>Type>Text>Add to
select all the text in that layer, then change the text height from 0.0075
to 0.01 and see what happens. I seem to get the same result sometimes when
I manually select multiple text blocks (by using SHIFT-click) but not
others. I have a feeling it might have something to do with wrap width, but
maybe not.

 

No luck; not reproducible in both Sketch R8 & R9. Got any other drawings or
steps?

Well, thanks. It has to be something to do with my particular setup then. I have a workaround for it (by selecting text blocks individually). I'll keep working on it and if I find anything more specific I'll drop in again.
