techGetLayerFunction

    Folks,

    In techfile, functions are defined for each layer, in layerRules
    section, there is a rountine, techGetLayerFunction to retrieve that
    information. Niether itkDBTech*h
    mentions that nor itkUser manual tells how access layer funstions via
    itkDB!

    Is there alternative way to get layer functions from techfile via
    itkDB?
