Tangent in the wrong direction. Help

Hello everyone, I'm currently doing my final year project on hypersonic missiles and I've been making a concept one from a promotional image that Raytheon published sometime ago for this project, but im struggling with the CAD model i'm making. It turns out this model is alot more complex to make on Catia. So any help or tips would be helpful. I made I'm trying to use multi-sections surface to create the body of the missile and I'm unsure of why the when i tangent the splines it doesnt follow the correct direction. If anyone can guide on what I may be doing wrong. It's greatly appericated! I can explain further if needed. I have also attached a picture of the current model.
