Use Alt-Click to cycle. While holding down the Alt key, different entities
will be highlighted each time you click. Release Alt when you have the one
    you want.

DUDE!! SWEET!!! I wish that worked in AutoCAD as well. Thanks for the tip!

always leave the box unchecked and get used to using Ctrl to perform copies,
    you'll be golden.

is this v9 only? I'm using v8 & can't seem to get that one to work.

file. This way you can have one project file with many different
drawings. Kind of like how Excel has multiple worksheets in one excel
file. Currently I have to manage my complex projects with multiple
files. And of course, if while I am wishing, each of these sheets
should have their own settings (grid, units, scale, etc).

HALLELUIAH!!! AMEN!! Take em to church!!!

Seriously, I'd love to see model and paperspace in sketch. A command line would be like christmas. The two of those are the main reason I try to avoid drawing in sketch, I just use it to modify existing drawings.
The thing is, there's no way that Autodesk is going to make a $99 piece of software competitive with stuff in the 4-figure price range. It's bad business sense. Some of these ideas seem realistic, but others (such as model and paperspace) are the key features that separate entry-level from the real software.
The cold hard truth is that you're starting to ask for AutoCAD for a c-note, and that's not going to happen.
