Stretch option in Virtuoso

    Can i stretch only the Outer diameter of a Donut rather than
    stretching the whole Donut...

    I could not find any interactive command to do this.

    But you can try,
    select the donut
    In the properties form (to get that form, press "q") change the the
    field "outer radius".
    Press the apply button.
