Strange problem with code in some drawings...

    This code is use in my Slide Library Menu, it tells the block to Insert,
    explode and skips the questions about scales & rotation.
    [WFCSYM(DIAMOND-TAG,Diamond Tags)]^C^C-insert;*DIAMOND-TAG;\;;

    99.9% of the time it works flawlessly, But every now and then I come across
    a dwg that makes it react strangly. It will cause it to explode the block
    twice on insert from the Menu. This block contains Attributes so this is a
    no no. If I go to manually insert the block (selecting the explode on
    insert) it inserts fine, but if I goto the my Menu it explodes it Twice
    again. What setting is activted that would cause this. TIA
