SOS！What's wrong in the tf of Abstract generator would cause SEGV error??

    Hello!
    I have completed the steps of Abstract and export to LEF .But when I
    import the LEF into the Encounter to do the placement,there is a error
    and SOC
    Encounter terminated.
    the error is ENCOUNTER terminated by internal (SEGV) error/signal…
    The output of the Abstract steps only has some insignficance warning,I
    think maybe something incorrect in the technology file.
    does anyone help me?
