SolidWorks convert drawings (.slddrw) to pdf

Does anybody else have an issue with SolidWorks addons not producing the pdfs correctly based on the BOM, or that the filtering is difficult, or that it pdfs the same drawing more than once, or doesn't merge the files, or doesn't put them in the correct order?

Does it also take anybody hours and hours like 6+ hours just to pdf an assembly that has over 2000 parts just for a review or a customer copy or a floor copy that all need different parts of that assembly like the weld shop or the CNC shop or the paint shop?

Does anybody else have problems being the only one that knows how to document using SolidWorks or that its difficult to train just anybody to get what they want and instead are relied on to produce to correct order?

Does anybody else know of a good program that helps me rename my files in the correct numbered order so that its easy to document for records and to easily replace a single file without needing to rip apart a merged file that doesn't name them correctly based on the part number so its hard to find and replace that single drawing out of 600+ files?
