SoC Encounter via array.

    There is a layout to be routed with a constraint on number via 6 in
    encounter.
    (It could be 6 X 1 or even 2 X 3 which ever is possible)
    Is there any option for setting this in the sroute - wroute or nano
    route ?

    number of vias to be put on each net = 6.
