skill to fix off-grid error in layout

    Hi
    i have got many off-grid error in my layout ( in all routing layer in
    top level and in instances in hierarchy).
    I have done the cell in encounter and importing it to virtuoso.
    is there any skill to fix it as i am new to this field?
