schematic check and save and the time stamps

    Every time we run Check and Save, the tool updates the 'lastDesigner'
    and 'lastExtractionTime' properties.
    Is there any option to stop doing this, so that the schematic db is not
    altered when a user does Check and Save on a unmodified cellview.

    Unless you change the menu items to call a wrapper around the check-and-save
    function, to check dbIsConnCurrent() before calling the check and save, then the
    answer is no.
