RTL compiler doesn't insert buffers between PAD pin and top levelports to fix DRVs.

    RTL compiler doesn't insert buffers between PAD pin and top level
    ports even if there are Design Rule Violation (like max cap. etc) or
    setup violation exists. By default net connecting such objects are
    treated as don't touch nets.

    Is there any way to disable this default behavior of RTL compiler and
    fix DRV ?
