Right Click Menu...

Ok, I've ADT2004 installed on two computers. On computer A when I right click with nothing selected I get a full menu where I can choose the typical cut, copy, and paste commands. On computer B when I right click with nothing selected I get a compacted menu where I have to hover over 'clipboard function' to have another menu fly out with the typical cut, copy, and paste commands. I'm thinking this has to do with which right click menu is loaded, the ACAD vs. ADT, much like the standard pulldown menus (file, edit, tools, window, etc.) but I have no idea how to check this or change it! Thanks.
