Retain block

In the standard BLOCK-command there is a chechbox 'Retain'. Is there a way to use this option from Lisp, in (command "BLOCK" ...)? Or does the Retain-checker (the code behind it) just inserts the block after creating it?

Yes, "oops" will bring back the entities just used to create the block.
