remane signals in SST2 database

    Hi,

    I have some signals with name <signal_name>[0:0] and I want to change
    them to <signal_name>.

    Can I do that in simvision.

    The problem is I have to simulation databases and I one has signals with
    names <signal_name>[0:0] and other have <signal_name>. This causes
    comparescan to complain.

    Any suggestions?

    How about renaming <signal_name>[0:0] to <signal_name>_0_0_
    (i.e. map [ and ] to _ ... )

    ( I think this has a much better chance of being unique
