Receiving a warning related to creating the constraints

    I'm using CATIA V5. I draw two circles. When I chose constraints from the dialog box, a pop warning shows that " constraints created are temporary. If you want to make it permanent, you need to activate constraints creation switches before clicking the OK button. " . Earlier I never receive such warning like this. Please help me to resolve this issue.
