Raster Design 2005 on Map 3D 2005

    We have 65 licenses of AutoCAD Map and 4 of Raster Design. The raster design install requires that it be installed with an AutoDesk product, Map in our case. Raster Design is loaded and a license is used each time Map is launched. How do I configure the install so a license is not used until a raster design feature is used?
